Usually we move 20-30 real estate deals a week, on top of that

normally the only people that have access to the deals - let
alone a head of time AND with a discount - have deep pockets and

are ready to go, be acquired and turned into cold, hard cash...

amount of cash you are put in front of, but let's use the bottom

Deals you can promote and sell
On top of deals that you can actually move forward with and do
right now (remember this is everything from companies, IPOs,
apartments, houses, etc.) you'll also have a list of deals that
you can market, promote and make money selling...

Not only

This is another really, really cool feature and it really relies
on the Honor System mentality (discussed more below) the
scholarship feature allows you to sponsor or pay for other
members to be a part of the association. You can do this
out pure Goodwill or you can "hire" them to go through material
and put it in place for you and your company...

example let's say you want to sponsor five memberships, you can
find worthy folks on your own or you can let us - or,
preferably, somebody already in the association - know about
this and you'll be provided with applications/resumes of people
who want your scholarship funds...

opportunity to put out in the world, and many of the examples
I've seen involved sponsorships for the inner city kids we've
worked with, and often they pay back the donor ten fold -
Aside from
being just a great thing to do, this has also helped students
and clients to put more of our stuff in place and become more
proactive on taking action because you are basically able to
hire somebody to take action for you...

again if you did just a single extra transaction, or added just
one additional revenue stream from a heightened and refreshed
perspective, how much would that $10k - $30k really be worth
when you know that you've actually helped somebody better their
life as well?
But I'm
resilient, I'm sticking to my conservative guns here and we'll

Several years ago I was involved in an experiment. I now
know that it is a well known exercise but at the time I thought
it was stupid as hell...
... I was
picked along with three to five other people and we had to stand
up in front of a room of over 100 people and we had to act
excited - thrilled.
With no
music, no noise, no real activity - nothing - we had to get
really happy and overly excited...
... We
did.
The
trainer told us to double, then triple it and then take the
energy to even higher...
...
eventually we were all clapping, screaming and cheering - for
absolutely no reason - and as awkward as it was, the audience
(our coworkers) reaction slowly went from the shy
man-I'm-glad-it-is-you-and-not-me smile to laughter and then...
... they
started cheering to...
For no
reason.
In the
middle of all the shouting we were given another instruction -
"Take it to the highest LEVEL!" - without thinking we all
started giving each other high-fives and hugging and screaming
altogether...
... we
were no longer self conscious we were just thrilled -
STOP.
Everyone
stop, no talking, no cheering - EVERYBODY STOP - the room went
dead silent but you could still feel the energy in the hair and
we all had the itch to keep going...
... there
are three huge lessons that we were taught that day -
1.)
All energy is
contagious,
and if you commit to ANY emotion or
energy, the people around you will follow suit - or they'll get away
from you - it is just too awkward for them to resist (even
passively) being sucked up.
To the people
in the audience - yes we looked stupid... at first -
Then after
our (forced) commitment was made clear they had to play along,
they had to enter our world - not a single person just sat there
there without reacting -
So anytime
you are around somebody, energy will be transferred - either
they'll make you feel a certain way or you make them feel a certain
way, and since too many people are downers, depressed and
negative - the more proactive you are, the better...
You can
actually use your energy as a bouncer against idiots...
Very cool.
2.)
Energy can be
manufactured
and it is highly
addictive, even though
we each made up a reason to be thrilled, after a few minutes...
... we really
were thrilled, excited and just happy.
Not only that
but once we abruptly had to stop you could feel the urge of
everybody in the room wanting to continue, we wanted MORE of
this made-up-and-then-real emotional high...
... knowing
that you can from zero to a high level of emotion - make the
people around you feel the same thing - and keep everybody
wanting more...
Was an incredible lesson, but here's the
third big lesson - and the most important -
3.)
To take any emotion or energy to the
highest levels - you must
share it,
and it doesn't matter if we are talking about a
positive or negative emotion - it must be shared.
Think
about when you know your spouse is lying about something huge,
it may be painful to admit and you probably don't want to but as
you are waiting for them to come home or as you are counting the
minutes before you see them again...
... you
are happy...
...
excited -
Because
once you see them - once you share - you can take that
how-could-you-lie-about-this energy and multiply it...
... take
the opposite, imagine you just made $1B (that's one billion
dollars) on some killer deal - one that you got from me no doubt
- what is the first thing you would do?
I don't
mean with the money, I mean as soon as you got the check or as
soon as you knew you were about to make the money - what would
you do?
You'd have
to call somebody, right?
What if
you weren't allowed to call or tell anybody about it for a full
year?...
... even
thirty days?
That could
make a person go mad... why?
Because
there is an emotional - psychological - and very real need that
humans have to SHARE any emotion or energy that you want to
experience more of or that you want to take to a higher level...
Emotion
or energy shared, is multiplied.
So back
to the question at hand here -

much as the I-don't-need-a-rah-rah-session and the "Positive

Why not do
