One
- I'm only going to
work pick a handful students in this first batch.
Maybe five or 10 or 15 but that's
probably it. No more than 20 and even that's
pushing. I'm doing this because I have learned
that I'd much rather work with a few really good - great
- students and train them so that we can later build
companies together. Not only is it more fun but
everybody makes a lot more money.

Two
- although I may
open doors to get trained with me again, I will probably
NEVER do it with this pricing.
It's been years since this
kind of thing was less than $20,000. Some people
won't believe that, but you can spend a few seconds
looking that up and confirming it - to get my full
undivided attention and personal training hasn't been
less than $15,000 - $20,000 in almost 10 years. I
am practically giving this away. The reasons are
explained on the main page here.

Three
- you should
understand this really well - I have the highest
definition of success AND the highest success
rate with students that is publicly stated anywhere
in the world. My success or
money isn't as important as yours, I take the
achievements of students very seriously - always have.
It's one reason why I don't work with many students
because I don't want the LCs. You can read more

Four.
I'm an
intentionally withdrawn, have been for years but in
the last few years it's been even more so.
I have no intention of getting
"famous" or well known for being a "guru", far from it.
Your success, if you are a student, is my goal not mine
of selling you or getting people "in". When I go
under, I'm gone and only available to close students and
clients. It may happen again too and at almost any
time haha. So unless you're a student at that time
you won't hear much from me or about the new stuff we're
inventing.

Five
- nobody, NOT A
SINGLE STUDENT will ever tell you that
anything I've ever said was misrepresented, a lie,
or even an exaggeration. They'll all tell you the opposite, that the rabbit
hole goes much deeper than I talk about publicly.
You will also never heard anybody say that I left
them behind, under delivered or wasn't for them.
It'll be 20 years soon, and in ALL that time, I
never dropped the ball - ever, with a single person.
Just be the right person, follow my lead - and I'll
get you the business that you want. I have
never failed. More importantly, no student
will say that I ever failed them.

Six
- we are in a fragile state in America.
Things are very touchy right now, and the only way
to rebuild and to lead the world again is going to
come from people like you and me rising up and
raising others up. I won't get into much
detail (right now) about where I've been and what
I've done but I'll say that reestablishing America
as a leader and spreading "Americanism" and the
opportunity that goes with it - those are top
priorities, they should be for you too.

Seven.
My friends and I
invented this stuff.
We
take it all around the world and if you are serious
about learning then you have no other choices. You
can learn different stuff but the effectiveness,
profitability, scalability, social impact and overall
humanitarian footprint will not be there.

Eight
- the GXM
stuff is totally nuts.
If you do nothing you really need to understand how
powerful this process has become. Students are now
building entire companies and putting together giant
deals and long term income - through volunteering and
smiling. In all my time, this is the most fun and
profitable way to build an empire and make sure that
your businesses actually make a real difference.
Not only are you able to help people, change the world
and make a killing - but it's a lot of fun.

- becoming an "SA"
is the ultimate goal.
Please make sure watch the class above, study it, learn
it, absorb it, if it's "too long", too ambitious or
doesn't reflect your mentality and goals then this is

Requirement One:
Make sure that
you've gone through the Course at

- This
is a requirement because not only will it introduce you
to my stuff but even if we don't work together it has
the most powerful information and training that I have
ever seen. Let alone for the price. Lots of
amazing stuff and if you follow the policies you can
make miracles happen in your business - and that's any
business not just real estate. But mainly you need
to go through it because you should at least be
introduced to my material before being immersed in it.
Requirement Two:
Please make sure you've gone

especially "The SA Class above, go through it with your
spouse, attorney, partner - or anybody involved in

Okay as soon as the emails went out I got flooded with
over 300 emails - wow, THANKS guys, brilliant stuff and
I really appreciate the feedback and words of support
and I'm actually surprised how many of you cared so
much.

I was kind
of joking when I said to reply with "I love you Azam"
but when the first three pages got filled up with "I
love you Azam" it was really something - so again THANK

Also I
underestimated how many people want to become students.
I hadn't emailed these lists in over 10+ years, so I
didn't expect the huge response and
I could've planned this better haha. I know that I
said 10-15 students and I still want to keep that number
low for this first batch, so MAYBE I can raise it
slightly to 20 or so but I haven't decided yet.
